K&J Repair Breaks Ground on New Building in Perry Township

March 30, 2026

Company and community stakeholders gather to celebrate the groundbreaking of K & J Repair's new facility in Perry Township.

K & J Repair celebrated a ceremonial groundbreaking on March 20th, 2026 for its new building at the Wild Rose Industrial Park in Perry Township. The company, which specializes in hydraulic repair services and agricultural parts and products, has experienced considerable growth at its current location on Bennett Drive — growth that made the move to a larger, more accessible facility a necessity.

"We are excited to relocate to this new spot which will give us more visibility, more space, and allow us to provide more products and services to our customers throughout Michigan," said owner Kris Morse.

The new facility, situated at the entrance of Wild Rose Industrial Park at Lansing Road and Rose Boulevard, is expected to enhance K & J Repair's ability to serve customers across the region. The development will generate $1.5 million in capital investment from the company, and add an additional six employees.

"K & J has been a staple of the township industrial base for many years and we are excited to see their investment and job growth in the county," said Justin Horvath, President and CEO of the Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership.
