New Community Survey To Assess Shiawassee County Childcare Needs

The Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership, United Way of Genesee County – Serving Genesee and Shiawassee Counties, Cook Family Foundation and the Shiawassee Community Foundation are collaborating on a new initiative to help increase the availability and affordability of childcare options in Shiawassee County.

As part of this effort, a community survey is being conducted to provide data on specific needs from residents and employers. The information will be utilized to help existing childcare providers understand growth opportunities, encourage local entrepreneurs to start small businesses, and also attract new operators to locate here.

The survey is now open online and will close on December 11^th at 6 pm. You may participate by going to the web address below.
