SEDP Named a Business Facilities Outstanding Small EDO Award Recipient

The Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership is proud to announce it has been named an Outstanding Small EDO Award recipient by Business Facilities magazine — one of only a select number of economic development organizations nationwide to receive this honor.

Business Facilities' EDO Awards recognize innovative and impactful economic development programs that demonstrate vision, teamwork, and measurable results in driving economic growth. Winners are selected by the magazine's editorial team and featured in the May/June issue, which reaches corporate executives and site selectors responsible for location and expansion decisions across the country.

SEDP was nominated for its work in driving housing development in Shiawassee County through strategic partnerships with the Shiawassee County Land Bank Authority and the Shiawassee County Brownfield Authority.
