Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership Receives Clean Audit Opinion for 2025

The Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership (SEDP) has completed its 2025 financial audit with a clean opinion and no findings.

A clean audit opinion represents the highest standard of financial accountability, confirming that SEDP's financial statements are accurate, fairly presented, and in full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Independent auditors identified no material misstatements or areas of concern.

The result continues a streak that dates back to 2009, when SEDP became a standalone organization. The partnership has now earned a clean audit opinion for 17 consecutive years.
