Tri-Mer Corporation Receives I-69 Thumb Region 2015 Exporter of the Year Award for Shiawassee County

Owosso – Tri-Mer Corporation, an air pollution control systems manufacturer located in the Owosso SE Industrial Park, is the Shiawassee County winner of the 2015 I-69 Thumb Region Exporter of the Year award. Multiple businesses from across the region (which includes Genesee, Lapeer, Huron, Sanilac, St. Clair, Shiawassee and Tuscola Counties) were recently recognized with this honor at the 4th Annual I-69 Thumb Region Summit at the Holiday Inn Gateway in Flint. Approximately 130 business, civic and education leaders attended the event. “We have experienced significant job and facility growth in Owosso in recent years, in part due to our increased sales around the world.
