Salary Range: $15.50-$18.00 Job Description As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, products meet exact specifications, and safety standards are never compromised. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output. Perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major malfunctions to the maintenance team. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production. Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, gauges, or other precision tools to verify quality standards.
