Job Description

Department: Production

Supervisor: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Sets up assemblies from blueprints.
  • Reads blueprints and tape measure.
  • Hand & extrusion welds most plastic materials (polypropylene, PVC, PVDF, HDPE, CPVC)
  • Tool use: router, sander, jigsaw, mitre saw, drill, wrenches, hammer, chisel, bandsaw, side cutters
  • Responsible for own quality, methods, safety and good housekeeping practices.
  • Notifies group leader or production manager or defective material or workmanship.
  • Other duties as assigned.
