“We are excited to establish our first Michigan presence in Perry Township and Shiawassee County, and look forward to working in the community for many years to come,” said Distribution Manager Dave Mulder. The company will be utilizing this building for warehousing and distribution operations, and will be looking to hire 3-6 new employees soon. “Our goal is to hire local people for these positions,” Mulder added.

“We are very grateful that United Suppliers Inc. will be setting up a new facility here, and look forward to working with them into the future,” said Justin Horvath of the Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership, whose organization, along with Perry Township, CB Richard Ellis, and Shiawassee County Planning & Zoning helped provide assistance in finalizing the location decision. “It also demonstrates success for our new I-69 International Trade Corridor initiative, that we truly do have the assets to attract logistics-related (including agribusiness) operations to locate in the region,” Horvath added.
